1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Coverage & Delivery Time
We currently ship orders within Pakistan. Delivery times vary by location:

3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges depend on your location and order weight. The exact shipping fee will be displayed at checkout.
- Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or order values.
4. Failed Deliveries & Reshipment
- If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept, the courier may attempt re-delivery.
- If the package is returned to us, you may need to pay additional shipping charges for reshipment.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If you receive a damaged package, please report it within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item.
- If your order is lost in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the courier service and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.
