Shipping Policy – Little Hygiene

At Little Hygiene, we aim to deliver your orders safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping process, estimated delivery times, and related terms.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Coverage & Delivery Time

We currently ship orders within Pakistan. Delivery times vary by location:

Major Cities (Lahore, Islamabad, etc.) 3-5 business days
Other Areas & Remote Locations 5-7 business days

 

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen factors.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges depend on your location and order weight. The exact shipping fee will be displayed at checkout.
  • Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or order values.


4. Failed Deliveries & Reshipment

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept, the courier may attempt re-delivery.
  • If the package is returned to us, you may need to pay additional shipping charges for reshipment.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If you receive a damaged package, please report it within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item.
  • If your order is lost in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the courier service and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.
